CE Water Solutions offers: The CE-Line unit, a combination of 3 high-tech components, originally designed and assembled in The Netherlands.
CE-Line unit
CE-Line is an advanced and valuable tool for greenhouse nutrient management. By frequently monitoring and providing real-time data on nutrient concentrations in irrigation and drain water, it enables precise control over irrigation, fertilization, and re-circulation processes.
This level of automation and accuracy significantly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of greenhouse operations, ultimately leading to higher crop yields and optimal resource utilization.
Measurements are based on Capillary Electrophoresis. The instrument is automatically calibrated, cleaned. Samples are drawn and filtered automatically.
The CE-Line instrument is based on the well known separation technology: “Capillary Electrophoresis.”
What we do
CE-Line’s chemists have developed tailored reagents to accurately identify peaks, to determine the concentration of the ions and effectively manage overlapping signals. During implementation, our dedicated team ensures that all analyses are accurate and fully repeatable.
The hardware design of CE-Line instruments incorporates automated rinsing and cleaning cycles at both the per-sample and daily levels, preventing contamination, fouling, or measurement drift, even after years of continuous operation. In addition, daily automatic calibration is integrated to maintain consistent accuracy and measurement reliability.
CE-Line has developed an instrument that delivers exceptional performance in stable environments over extended periods. While the system is not intended for analysing a wide range of vastly different water types sequentially, it excels within its defined application scope. We can adjust our analysis parameters to accommodate specific ranges of EC and pH variations in each crop
Reliability
CE-Line places rigorous repeatability at the core of its measurement processes to deliver optimal results for its clients and to maintain full confidence in the integrity of the data collected. The quality of CE-Line’s measurement standards has been thoroughly evaluated and validated through multiple comparative analyses, conducted both internally and by independent laboratories in collaboration with Wageningen University (the WUR) and other academic studies.
Every sample will deliver all the requested parameter concentrations at expected ISO 17025 data quality. CE-Line data is accurate and continuously checked. This commitment to excellence guarantees a 95% confidence level and 95% repeatability.
CE Water Solutions joins a quarterly “Laboratory Proficiency testing” also known as “Inter-laboratory testing (ILT)”. This is a method for assessing quality and competence by having multiple laboratories analyze an identical sample (greenhouse irrigation or drain) and comparing the results among instruments and laboratories.
The goal is to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the methods and the performance of the laboratories, using statistical analysis, to assess how they compare to a group average or theoretical value. Performance testings results in a grade and insight into any systematic or random errors.
